Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in England. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Returns Policy
In the first instance contact us directly via telephone or email.
In line with consumer contract regulations we can accept items back for refund or exchange if returned within 15 days of your receipt of the goods.
The item will need to be unfitted, in a resalable condition, and returned with original unopened packing also in unmarked condition. We do not offer a collection service.
Be aware larger items may need to be returned on a pallet. The returns address is:
